Physiotherapy adapted to your life

Manual therapy

Techniques applied directly with the hands that act on muscles, joints and soft tissues. This therapy is essential for reducing tension, relieving pain and improving mobility with precision. It is adapted to each case, allowing a personalised intervention that improves body function, reduces movement restrictions and promotes a better connection between body and mind. It is a key tool both in acute phases and in prolonged recovery processes.

Physical rehabilitation

It is an individualised process designed to recover strength, mobility and functionality after an injury, surgery or illness. It adapts to the pace and needs of each person, integrating manual techniques, therapeutic exercise and continuous monitoring. The aim is to restore independence and improve quality of life, accompanying each phase of the process with close, professional and constant attention, from the first movements to the return to daily activity or work.

Massotherapy

Massage therapy uses massage as a therapeutic tool to relax muscles, reduce tension, improve blood flow and release sore spots. It is especially useful in situations of stress, muscle overload or after physical exertion. It is also applied as a complementary treatment in chronic processes, helping the body to recover balance and wellbeing. It favours rest, improves the general state of health and can be key in the prevention of recurrent injuries.

Kinesiotaping

Kinesiotaping is an elastic bandage that is placed on the skin with different tensions, depending on the therapeutic objective. It helps to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve lymphatic drainage and support muscles or joints without limiting movement. It can be applied in cases of sports injuries, contractures, oedema or overloads, facilitating the body's natural recovery while allowing daily activities to continue more comfortably.

Musculoskeletal treatment

Treatment focused on ailments of the musculoskeletal system such as contractures, tendinitis, sprains, lumbago or joint problems. It works in a comprehensive way, combining manual therapy, exercises and specific techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility and recover function. The aim is to act on the cause of the problem, not just alleviate the symptoms, thus improving quality of life and preventing discomfort from becoming chronic.

Lymphatic drainage

A gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates lymphatic circulation to eliminate retained fluids, toxins and inflammation. It is applied with great precision, especially in cases of oedema, lymphoedema, post-operative swelling or circulatory problems. In addition to its physical benefits, it provides a general feeling of lightness and relaxation. It is a highly recommended treatment for people with fluid retention or in recovery processes after surgery or trauma.

Functional recovery

Therapeutic process that seeks to restore the ability to perform daily activities and sports after an injury or illness. It integrates different techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and postural education. The approach is global: regain strength, balance, mobility and body confidence. It is aimed at both active people and those who want to return to their daily routine without pain or limitations, in a progressive and safe manner.

Golf physiotherapy

Therapy specialising in the prevention, treatment and recovery of golf-related injuries. We work on muscular imbalances, joint mobility and postural control to improve performance without compromising health. Special attention is paid to the spine, shoulders, wrists and hips, areas of high demand in this sport. The aim is to reduce the risk of injury, treat specific discomforts and optimise movement in each phase of the swing.
